1. Website operator

This website is operated by SC VASILONI SRL, company / VAT number RO5815293, Trade Register number J1994000567386, with its registered office at 149 Calea București, Râmnicu Vâlcea, Vâlcea County, Romania. Full details are available on the Contact and information.

2. Purpose of the website

The website presents our food distribution business, product categories, suppliers and delivery area. It is intended primarily for shops and hospitality businesses. It is not an online shop: it does not provide a shopping cart, online payments or automatic order placement.

Photographs, the map and product presentations are illustrative. The map is schematic and is not a navigation tool or a commitment to a delivery route or deadline.

3. Requesting a quotation

You may use the form, phone or email to request a quotation or discuss a partnership. Submitting the form and seeing the thank-you page acknowledge receipt of your enquiry, not acceptance of an order or conclusion of a contract.

Available products, quantities, prices, applicable VAT, payment, transport and delivery terms are specified in quotations or commercial documents communicated and agreed separately. The website does not guarantee continuous availability of every product or supplier shown.

4. Responsible use

Please provide accurate details and only the information needed for your enquiry. Do not use the form for spam, unlawful content or attempts to disrupt the website. Do not submit other people's personal data without a lawful justification.

5. Content and trademarks

Vasiloni's text and identity elements are protected under applicable law. Suppliers' trademarks and logos belong to their respective owners. Displaying them does not grant visitors rights to use them. Sources requiring attribution are credited on the website. The Vâlcea County boundary comes from geoBoundaries gbOpen, Romania ADM1 (listed source: World Bank; year represented: 2017), under the Creative Commons Attribution 4.0. We extracted and projected the boundary into SVG and added towns and schematic roads. Data and attribution are available from geoBoundaries. The boundary licence does not automatically extend to logos or other website elements.

6. Availability and external services

We aim to keep information accurate and the website working properly. Updates, errors or temporary interruptions may occur. Please contact us if you notice a problem. Liability and the parties' rights are governed by law; these terms do not exclude mandatory rights.

The form uses FormSubmit to send your enquiry. The Google Maps link opens an external service with its own terms. Personal data information is available in our privacy policy and cookie policy.

7. Complaints and updates

You can submit complaints using the details on our Contact and information. We seek to resolve issues amicably; the competent authorities and courts remain available under Romanian law. Updates are published on this page and do not retroactively change separately concluded commercial agreements.

8. Saving Vasiloni's contact details

The QR code and “Save our contact” button open the same website page. You can download a vCard (.vcf) containing the company's public contact details. Saving it to your address book is optional and must be confirmed in your chosen application; steps may vary between phones and computers. Downloading or saving the contact does not subscribe you to a newsletter, submit a commercial enquiry or create a contract. You can edit or delete the contact in your own address book. The QR code should link to our domain, www.vasiloni.ro.
